令和2年度と令和3年度の10代と20代の自殺率が上昇している。なぜだろうか。

国は教員免許更新制をやめた後、免許を持っていない人も積極採用する動きを見せた。誰も馬鹿にされるのは好きではない。

様々な支配がある。身体的暴力や心理的暴力による支配もあれば、愛情による支配もある。子どもを巧妙に傷つけて、自らは権威化していく。代理ミュンヒハウゼン症候群みたい。

There are various kinds of control. Some control is by physical or psychological violence, others by affection. They manipulatively harm the child and become an authority themselves. It is like Munchausen syndrome by proxy.

「生徒のため」と言うけど…

They say “for the students” but…

「あなたのため」と言うけど、自分のためだったりする。

They say “for your sake,” but often it’s for their own sake.

どのDVも胸糞悪い。DVはdomestic violenceの略。domesticには「国内の」という意味もある。DV受けてないかな～。

Any DV is disgusting. DV stands for domestic violence. Domestic also means “relating to a person’s own country.” Aren’t you exposed to DV?

鶏・豚・牛が呑気に肉屋で働いている。彼らの子どもが肉になっているかもしれない。

Chickens, pigs, and cows are happily working in the butcher shop. Their children are probably being butchered.

学力の高い学校で働けるのは名誉だと言う不名誉な人。

A dishonorable person who says it is an honor to work in a school with high academic standards.

子どもを守るための基盤が損なわれている。教員が多忙過ぎれば、子どもの権利を守るの難しい。

The foundation for protecting children is being damaged. If teachers are too busy, it is difficult to protect children’s rights.

体罰が影を潜めた分、暴言が増えている。暴言は心理的虐待になりうる。

Instead of less physical punishment, violent language is on the rise. Violent language can be psychologically abusive.

教員への要求事項が多すぎる。文科省が作る文書は一文が長すぎる。

There are too many requirements for teachers. Documents produced by the Ministry of Education are too long for a single sentence.
